RC – How did you meet Tristan?
Tristan and I met out in the city one night- we met through mutual friends. As soon as I saw Tristan I knew that I wanted to see him again, he was so much fun!
RC – How did Tristan propose?
Tristan proposed to me after being together 5 years. He brought me a flight in a 1940’s DC3 for a day trip to King Island for Christmas in 2013, the trip was in January. As we were on our way over to King Island Tristan proposed! I had no clue that he had the ring- he had been hiding it in the roof for about 6 months!
RC – Is there a particular reason as to why you chose your venue?
We got married at Inglewood Estate in Kangaroo Ground. We looked around at so many different venues but kept comparing everything to Inglewood, so decided to go with our hearts! We loved Inglewood Estate for its rustic charm, stone buildings, warm fireplace, rolling hills and beautiful trees. The ladies at Inglewood Estate were so helpful we knew we had made the right choice!
RC – Your favourite part of the wedding?
It is impossible to choose just one part of such a special day, but I would have to say the feeling of walking down the aisle towards your soon to be husband! All the planning, excitement and build up leading to that one moment made it pretty amazing. We also had the best time dancing the night away!!
RC – How did the dress make you feel?
My dress made me feel incredible! As soon as I saw the dress in Raffaele Ciuca I knew it was the one I had been looking for, it was the most beautiful dress I had ever seen! The lace back was especially beautiful and the train!
RC – How was your bridal shopping experience?

RC – Tips for brides-to-be!
– Make sure you choose suppliers who understand you and your partner, it is important to be on the same page as them to make sure your day reflects you both as a couple!
-Do what you want, not what the wedding magazines or traditions tell you that you should do!
– Relax, all the time and effort you have put in to making your day perfect will have paid off so enjoy it with your new husband, family and friends.
