They say the first step to love is often friendship, and that was definitely the case in Caterina and Anthony’s love story. After 3 years of working together and a lovely friendship, Anthony asked Caterina out on a date, and the rest is history!

THE FIRST SIGHT
We met at work and started out as friends. I always thought we would only ever be friends and then after three years of knowing each other, Anth asked me out for a dinner date and the rest is history!
As corny as it sounds, I will never forget meeting Anth on his first day and thinking ‘this guy is going to have an impact on me’!
THE PROPOSAL
In true Anthony style, he proposed while we were home with nobody around. I was sitting on the couch, having a mini melt down and Anth said he had a present for me (me thinking it was chocolate). When Anth came back in to the room he got down on one knee, with that through a giggle he asked me to marry him!
THE VENUE
I have always loved L’Unica! I always dreamed of walking down the stairs with everyone looking up. The staff at the venue are amazing and very accommodating, could not have asked for a better reception.
FAVORITE MOMENTS
The whole day was amazing and went to plan with out a hitch. I would definitely say our reception entrance was by far our favorite part. With Anth being Lebanese, the drums made for a very different entrance to what Italians are use to and left my family amazed!
THE DRESS
My dress was the 707 by Raffaele Ciuca, however I made some changes by extending the train. At first I wasn’t sure if I had selected the right dress and was very nervous about my choice, but once I was dressed on the day and now that look back at the photos, I know I loved it and wish I could wear it again haha!
FINDING THE ONE
My experience with RC was amazing! Maria was my consultant and she was very helpful, and even when I was indecisive, she was very patient.
ADVICE FOR OTHER BRIDES
Take your time when choosing your dress and try on everything. It is okay to be unsure and need more time to think about how you see yourself as a bride.
